- How do I pay the driver?
- Directly, on whatever terms you and the driver agree. Box Drivers does not sit between you and the driver and does not hold money. You can mark a delivery paid for your own records.
- Is Box Drivers a freight broker?
- No. Box Drivers is a listing and matching service. It does not arrange transportation, set rates, or guarantee any driver or delivery. You review drivers and decide who to hire.

- Drivers near your pickup get an email alert every morning with new loads that match their vehicle, and the load is on the board the moment you publish it. Many drivers check the board throughout the day.
- Can I edit or cancel a load?
- Yes. Edit, pause, cancel, repost or duplicate any load from All Deliveries. Expired loads can be reposted with a new date in one click.
